CAK Group acts as a managing director of its clients´ companies. It assists with the incorporation of the client´s company, supplies an optimal financial- and tax structure and offers a registered address. For these companies the CAK Group also provides services such as financial reporting, shareholder meetings, managing bank accounts and other obligations.
